ABOUT ME

I moved overseas almost 20 years ago thinking I'd teach for two years in Poland and then return home. I quickly realized that  living and teaching overseas afforded a remarkable quality of life, and moved on to become a Head of School and Principal in top schools across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. 

It is not an exaggeration to say that I have conducted well over 500 interviews with prospective teachers, school counsellors, and other applicants - to say nothing of the countless hours spent evaluating CVs/resumes and checking references!

I know how important it is for a school to find the right hires, and I would love to share my experience and knowledge with teachers and other educators who are on the hunt for ISD - the International School of their Dreams.
